The Federal Bureau of Investigations has a conflict of interest. While it sends special agents to intimidate American citizens who openly criticize Israel’s atrocious behavior, once in a while the FBI has to grudgingly investigate and arrest Jews.

One example of the FBI letting the Jews slide happened when the Federal Bureau of Investigation secretively released a number of Israeli Mossad agents who were arrested in New York after multiple people witnessed them dancing, cheering and taking pictures when the towers fell on 9/11.

In 2002, the Federal Bureau of Investigation shirked their responsibilities to hold human organ traffickers accountable when presented with evidence of an international organ trafficking ring by professor Nancy Scheper-Hughes of the University of California at Berkeley, who is writing a book on the subject, A World Cut in Two, The Global Traffic in Humans for Organs.

Rabbi Levy-Izhak Rosenbaum‘s name, address and even phone number were passed to an FBI agent in a meeting at the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan by Nancy Scheper Hughes, who has been studying and documenting organ trafficking for more than a decade. Nancy Scheper-Hughes of the University of California-Berkeley was and is very clear as to Rosenbaum’s role in the ring. “He is the main U.S. broker for an international trafficking network,” she said. Her sources include a man who started working with Rosenbaum imagining he was helping people in desperate need. The man then began to see the donors, or to be more accurate, sellers, who were flown in from impoverished countries such as Moldova.

“He said it was awful. These people would be brought in and they didn’t even know what they were supposed to be doing and they would want to go home and they would cry,” Scheper-Hughes said. The man called Rosenbaum “a thug” who would pull out a pistol he was apparently licensed to carry and tell the sellers, “You’re here. A deal is a deal. Now, you’ll give us a kidney or you’ll never go home.’ ” She continues:

“I had begun to unravel a huge network — a criminal network that really looks like, smells like, kind of a mafia. The head office of the pyramid scheme originated in Israel, with brokers placed in Turkey; in New York City; in Philadelphia; in Durban; in Johannesburg; in Recife, Brazil; Moldova — all over the place. And I used my ethnographic investigative skills to just go country-hopping and try to connect the dots. Eventually, it brought me to Isaac Rosenbaum being the head broker for Ilan Peri in Israel, who is the don, basically, of the operation, and who is a slippery guy. The Israelis tried to nail him and arrest him. They tried to get him on tax evasion and he escaped to Germany. I think he’s back in Israel.”

Scheper-Hughes felt it was her duty—as a citizen—to stop Rosenbaum. She met with the FBI. However, one of the special agents involved in reviewing Scheper-Hughes’ evidence was himself Jewish, and a rabbi. So, needless to say, the case didn’t go anywhere. The Jewish special agent with the FBI reportedly “didn’t believe” the evidence was substantial enough to even merit an investigation. Moreover, the State Department dismissed human organ trafficking as “urban legend.”

Scheper-Hughes had better luck in Brazil and in South Africa, where law enforcement corroborated her findings and acted decisively. But the ring kept operating elsewhere. Scheper-Hughes visited villages in Moldova where, “20% of the men were siphoned off to be kidney sellers in this same scheme.” In Brasil, retired Israeli army officer named Geldaya Tauber Gady was arrested for his participation in this international organ trafficking ring. After cooperating with authorities, he told the court that the Israeli government financed the operation. In addition, Gady said:

“Gady told the court that an Israeli government official, identified only as Ilan, put him in touch with an intermediary in Brazil…”[1]

The Lehrer interview with Scheper-Hughes goes on to deliver more details about her findings in Moldova. In villages there, many young men reported that they had been told that they expect to find work in other countries (including the United States) as house painters. Once in the new country, they were forced to give up their kidneys. According to Scheper-Hughes’ informant within Rosenbaum’s organization, confused and disoriented Russians would be flown into New York City by Israeli brokers who forced them at gunpoint to “donate” kidneys.

Scheper-Hughes: They told me the names of the hospitals, and they were our best hospitals!
Brian Lehrer: And did they know, professor, that they were performing kidney surgery on people who were unwilling participants and were being exploited and threatened?
Scheper-Hughes: My sense is, how could some of them not have known? The people that arrived, some of them didn’t speak the same languages, they were poor, they were disoriented… We have rules. We have transplant coordinating committees. We have ethical guidelines. And you don’t just let people walk in off the streets.

She goes on to name Mount Sinai hospital, against whom she has videotaped evidence. She brought the videotape to the attention of 60 Minutes—a television program which is owned by ABC, which, in turn, is owned by the Walt Disney Company, which, in turn, is controlled by the Jew, Robert Iger—but 60 minutes did not broadcast it. Later in the interview, she refers to operations done at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Mount Sinai says that its kidney donors “undergo an extensive evaluation to provide for their safety and well-being.” You would imagine a story like this would be worth airing; however, when information like this incriminates Israel and the Jewish people, the story, as you can see, gets brushed under the rug. If organ trafficking incriminated anyone else except Jews, I’m sure 60 minutes would have aired the show, and the entire world would have been talking about it for years to come. The video footage was taken from an organ donor who was illustrating how flawed the screening process was at Mount Sinai Hospital and how easy it was for someone to sell their kidneys for money, willingly or unwillingly.

Rabbi Rosenbaum would probably still be obtaining kidneys at gunpoint if it weren’t for the fact that he was caught up in a much larger, Jewish corruption probe, triggered by the arrest of Jew Solomon Dwek in 2006, who was arrested for bank fraud for trying to pass 50 million dollars in bad checks. After his arrest, Dwek agreed to become an informant for the FBI in order to get a more lenient sentence. He posed as a real estate developer and owner of a tile business who paid off officials to win project approval and public contracts in northern New Jersey.

In 2009, 44 people, including three majors, dozens of New Jersey politicians, officials and prominent rabbis were arrested by the FBI in a sting that revealed grotesque political corruption, human organ sales, fake Gucci handbags, and money-laundering from New York all of the way to Israel. The investigation, coined “Operation Bid Rig,” exposed bribery among a network of public officials and a separate multimillion dollar money-laundering ring that turned dirty money into clean money via Jewish charities operated by local rabbis, according to the US Attorney’s office in Newark, New Jersey.

In scenes that mirror the hit TV series “The Sopranos,” the Jewish mafia met in diners, parking lots, even bathrooms. “The politicians willingly put themselves up for sale,” said Acting US Attorney Ralph Marra. “The victims are the average citizens and the honest business people in this state. They don’t have a chance in this culture of corruption.”
The public corruption uncovered by the informant led him to the separate money-laundering network by rabbis who operated between Brooklyn, Deal, New Jersey, and Israel, authorities said. They laundered some $3 million for the undercover witness between June 2007 and July 2009.

“These complaints paint a disgraceful picture of religious leaders heading money laundering crews acting as crime bosses,” Marra said. “They used purported charities, entities supposed set up to do good works as vehicles for laundering millions of dollars in illicit funds.”
Rabbis accused of money-laundering were Saul Kassin, chief rabbi of a large Syrian Jewish synagogue in Brooklyn; Eliahu Ben Haim, principal rabbi of a synagogue in Deal; Edmund Nahum, principal rabbi of another synagogue in Deal; and Mordchai Fish, a rabbi at a synagogue in Brooklyn.

The cast of the 44 arrested featured Hoboken, New Jersey, Mayor Peter Cammarano, who took office three weeks ago in the industrial city visible across the Hudson River from New York. The public officials stand accused of taking bribes for pledging their help getting permits and projects prioritized and approved or steering contracts to the witness. Others accused were mayors of nearby Secaucus and Ridgefield, state Assemblymen, a deputy mayor, city council members, housing, planning and zoning officials, building inspectors and political candidates. “New Jersey’s corruption problem is one of the worst, if not the worst, in the nation,” said Ed Kahrer, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s white collar crime and public corruption program in New Jersey, who has worked on the investigation since it began in July 1999.

Rabbi Levy Izhak Rosenbaum of Brooklyn, was just one of the Jews caught in the organized crime sting. Rosenbaum said he had been brokering sale of kidneys for 10 years. “His business was to entice vulnerable people to give up a kidney for $10,000 which he would turn around and sell for $160,000,” said Marra.

Here are excerpts from the indictment against Rosenbaum. “UC” refers to the informant, whose real name is Solomon Dwek, the son of Rabbi Isaac Dwek, a leader in the Sephardic Jewish community and the head of the Synagogue of Deal:

The UC asked defendant ROSENBAUM how defendant ROSENBAUM could obtain a kidney on behalf of UC’s uncle, and defendant ROSENBAUM explained that defendant ROSENBAUM could send a blood sample from the UC’s uncle to Israel to find a matching prospective donor. Defendant ROSENBAUM added that “if you want to arrange it faster, then I, I bring the donor over here… The hospital is the authority who decide it’s a match or not. Not me, not you, not him, not nobody.”
Defendant ROSENBAUM then explained that it would be necessary to fabricate some sort of relationship between the donor and the recipient. Defendant ROSENBAUM stated that “we put together something–-the relationship. The hospital is asking what’s the relationship between” the donor and the recipient. Defendant ROSENBAUM continued, “So we put in a relationship, friends, or neighbor, or business relations, any relation.”
Defendant ROSENBAUM explained that he was not a surgeon and that once he had brought a willing donor to this country, “it’s beyond my control.” He did add that “I take care of [the donor] after, after the surgery also.” When pressed on this last point, defendant ROSENBAUM explained that “I place him somewhere,” to look after the donor. Defendant ROSENBAUM further stated: “You have to babysit him like a baby because he may have a language problem, maybe not.” Defendant ROSENBAUM explained the process of finding a donor in Israel and stated that “[t]here are people over there hurting . . . One of the reasons it’s so expensive is because you have to shmear (meaning pay various individuals for their assistance) all the time.”
Defendant ROSENBAUM indicated that among those who would need to be paid were the donor and the doctors in Israel who would examine the donor, and further added that there would be expenses incurred for preparing the Visa work and paying the donor’s expenses while in the United States.

It may come as a surprise to some, though not to others, but Rabbi Issac Dweck—father of Solomon Dwek—delivered a very emotional sermon in which he strongly denounced the phenomenon of a Jew informing on other Jews. He said that he is also a victim in this saga together with Klal Yisroel, and asked for prayers from the entire Jewish community for his terrible suffering. Nevermind that his son was a criminal—who got busted trying to cash 50 million dollars in bad checks—nevermind that, Solomon ratted out other Jews! The Jewish community did not have any regrets about Solomon’s bank fraud, only that he ratted out other members of America’s Jewish mafia.

Back to Rosenbaum’s secret stash of human organs in Israel. A likely place to harvest human organs would be the Gaza and the West Bank, where hundreds of Palestinian children disappear every year. There is evidence showing Israelis murdering Palestinian children and divesting them of their internal organs. Rosenbaum’s organ “recipients” are all Jews. And as the Nationalist Coalition has noted, Jews believe that the very purpose of Gentile lives is to serve Jews. There is a lack of living, Jewish organ donors in Israel, but no shortage of non-Jewish, human organs within the West Bank and the Gaza.
One more question. Nancy Scheper-Hughes went to the FBI with information about Rosenbaum in 2002, yet authorities report that “operation bid rig” was the culmination of a TEN YEAR investigation. If the FBI was really doing the job they are sworn to do, the job our taxes pay them to do, what took them so long? Why was Nancy Scheper Hughes ignored? The FBI allowed Rosenbaum to continue extracting peoples’ kidneys at gunpoint for years! The FBI protected the Jewish mafia!

Prominent NJ rabbi gets 5-year prison term for hiding $1M in massive corruption case

NEWARK, N.J. — A prominent rabbi who admitted playing a role in a $1 million money laundering scheme involving religious charities was sentenced Wednesday in Trenton to five years in prison, the longest sentence so far from the state’s largest-ever federal corruption sting.

Eliahu Ben Haim was arrested in July 2009 in a wide-ranging federal corruption probe into international money laundering and political corruption that ultimately netted 46 defendants.

Ben Haim, a 60-year-old Long Branch resident, pleaded guilty last year in Trenton to a money laundering conspiracy count, admitting that he had used his network of religious charities to conceal more than $1 million in illegal proceeds for a man who turned out to be a government informant.

That informant, Solomon Dwek, turned government cooperator following his own arrest in a $50 million bank fraud. Alternately posing as a businessman and a real estate developer, Dwek ensnared several members of his Syrian Jewish community — including Ben Haim — on money laundering charges while reaching out to an array of state officials to offer cash bribes in exchange for development assistance.

Ben Haim, the son of a prominent Syrian Jewish rabbi, was the leader of the synagogue Congregation Ohel Yaacob in Deal, a Jersey Shore town 50 miles south of New York City that’s home to a large community of Syrian Jews. Prosecutors said Ben Haim started working with Dwek in October 2006, instructing Dwek to make checks out to various charities that Ben Haim had a hand in, according to court papers. Ben Haim in return would give Dwek cash, obtained through an underground money transfer network that stretched to Israel and several other countries. Ben Haim took a 10 percent fee from each transaction, authorities said.

Ben Haim was one of five rabbis arrested in the sting.

Edmund Nahum, the rabbi of Deal Synagogue in Deal, was sentenced in September to a year of probation after pleading guilty to a money laundering charge.

Also last year, 89-year-old Rabbi Saul Kassin, the spiritual leader of the Syrian Jewish community in the United States, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years’ probation in the same case.

Mordchai Fish, the principal rabbi of Brooklyn’s Congregation Sheves Achim, pleaded guilty in April to laundering nearly $1 million he admitted thinking was criminal proceeds from Dwek. He’s scheduled to be sentenced in February.

And Brooklyn Rabbi Lavel Schwartz has pleaded not guilty. His case is pending.

Ben Haim’s supporters and family members packed a Trenton federal courtroom Wednesday for his sentencing. He pleaded for leniency with U.S. District Judge Joel Pisano, saying that his life of good works outweighed his criminal behavior and that he wanted to continue being a productive citizen, not a burden to society.

The judge dismissed Ben Haim’s claims that he had engaged in the scheme to help others and said he hoped the sentence would serve as a deterrent to others.

The judge also sentenced defendant Akiva Arye Weiss in the same case Wednesday. Weiss was given five years’ probation after pleading guilty to running an illegal money transfer business prosecutors say operated as a “cash house.” The judge said the 57-year-old Brooklyn resident should serve the time in a mental health facility, as he suffered from Asperger’s syndrome and had been living in isolated squalor.

The majority of those arrested in what became New Jersey’s largest corruption sting have pleaded guilty or have been convicted at trial. Two defendants, Ridgefield Mayor Anthony Suarez and former state Assemblyman L. Harvey Smith, were acquitted by juries. Another defendant, Hudson County employee Richard Greene, had charges against him dropped.

TRENTON —

An Orthodox rabbi who pleaded guilty to using religious charities to launder nearly $1 million for convicted con man Solomon Dwek is set to be sentenced Tuesday morning in federal court in Trenton.

Mordchai Fish, 59, of Brooklyn, was among 46 people charged as a result of Dwek’s role as a federal informant, in a sweeping money laundering and corruption sting operation that became known as Bid Rig III. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine, although under federal sentencing guidelines is likely to receive far less.

Fish, in a plea last year, admitted that he began meeting with Dwek in early 2008 and agreed to a series of transactions that funneled money through several community charities which Fish controlled. Prosecutors said the checks were deposited into bank accounts held in the names of the charities, and Fish would subsequently arrange to make cash available through an underground money transfer network that stretched from Brooklyn to Israel. He told the judge that he engaged in approximately 15 money laundering transactions with Dwek, helping convert approximately $900,000 in checks into more than $800,000 in cash, after receiving his cut.

According to criminal complaints filed in the case, Fish was among the most furtive of those caught on surveillance recordings by Dwek. He would constantly change cell phones and speak in an amalgam of English, Yiddish and Hebrew, to set up meetings throughout Borough Park to launder money. He spoke in code, using Talmudic references to set up meetings to exchange cash and worried aloud about electronic bugs.

Dwek, who entered into a cooperation deal with federal prosecutors after he was arrested for trying to pass $50 million in bad checks at a bank drive-through window, was used to set up Fish and others by repeatedly telling them that he was looking to pull cash out of his bankrupt real estate empire and a knock-off designer handbag business.
The focus of the case ultimately turned to political corruption, when the FBI had Dwek pose as a corrupt developer by the name of David Esenbach, who gave out FedEx envelopes stuffed with cash to anyone who would help expedite a series of phony real estate deals.

The sting, which became public in July 2009, led to the arrests of three mayors, two legislators, five rabbis and dozens of public officials and candidates for office, as well as a man charged with brokering the sale of a human kidney.

So far, 32 people have pleaded guilty in the case, four have been convicted, two were acquitted, charges against four were dropped and one has died.

An Israeli citizen living in New York was sentenced to prison for organ trafficking.

Levy Izhak Rosenbaum, 61, of Brooklyn, was sentenced Wednesday to 2 1/2 years in prison. He had pleaded guilty last Oct. 27 to three counts of organ trafficking and one count of conspiracy in a New Jersey federal court.

Rosenbaum had faced up to 20 years in prison; he could be deported to Israel after finishing his prison term.

In the next episode of the TV show “American Greed”, the show will profile Solomon Dwek, who was a real estate mogul, philanthropist and a big shot in close-knit Syrian Jewish community in Deal, New Jersey.

He was the son of a rabbi. But Dwek had no intention of following the footsteps of his father.

Instead, he took advantage of his own people and was the mastermind behind a plan to invest U.S. $400 million in his real estate empire which collapsed and behind a $50 million bank fraud. Dwek’s real estate empire grew and his luck began to run out.

The government realized his schemes and to avoid a prison sentence Dwek agreed to become an informant in the biggest case of corruption and greed in the history of New Jersey.

Many prominent Jewish leaders were arrested in his scheme, as well is prominent politicians.

Many of those arrested by Dwek’s informing pleaded guilty to avoid lengthy prison sentences.

Don’t blame Solomon Dwek for defrauding a bank of $50 million, his lawyers say, blame the mental illness that made him do it.

Lawyers for admitted con man and thief Solomon Dwek are asking a federal judge to impose a lesser sentence on the former Ocean Township resident, claiming that Dwek suffers from mental illness.

Dwek, 40, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 18 in federal court on bank fraud charges. He faces up to 11 years in prison.
