Knesset

Legislature of the State of Israel, comprising 120 elected members. Its functions and authority include legislation, election of the president of Israel, confirmation of the government, recommending the appointment of a state controller, overseeing administration, and, in certain instances, judicial powers such as the suspension of immunity of a Knesset member, and appeal of results.
